The Chef Mode Badhige
A Maldivian restaurant in Hulhumalé built to feel like an old island kitchen, casual rather than refined. Traditional dishes are the point: mehemaanu (smoked tuna fried rice), riha folhi wrapped in roshi, tuna curry and chicken biryani. Pricing is reasonable for the cooking, roughly MVR 95 and up per dish.
